Yesterday was Thatcher's preschool graduation. His teacher went above and beyond making it special and it was so fun for me to see Thatcher get so excited and feel like it was his special day. He has been carrying around his bag of goodies since yesterday and even slept with all his papers, his little circle time rug, and the plant I got for helping throughout the year last night. He sang the graduation song and reenacted part of his program throughout the day. His "special graduation day" as he called it ended with a super long chat on the phone with his Pop.
Thatcher was slightly non-participative for the first half of his program, but once he started to feel comfortable, he did a great job. I never knew I could be so proud of a three-year-old. He is such a happy kid.
